afferrando
che vibro nel muto
cantando
che lascio andare la mente
scrivendo
che parla per me anima
ringraziando
che attraverso occhi chiusi
assaporo
che nell’immergere totale
sento.
E’ aprire espandendo
la pace e la guerra
la gioia e il dolore
l’amore e me…sempre me
ascoltando soltanto
l’impulso di vita
da me che si crea…
