quando sei poi disarmato dentro
e neanche sai se e’ compreso

quando sapere e sentire
restano di fronte a se stessa
come due pilastri che non si muovono.
Inchiodate dentro sono sensazioni
come “flash” d’esistenza a pezzi
quando raccolti essi…si ricomincia
con quel punto e a capo basilare
che ogni tanto ci compete
perche’ vivi…non vegeti
perche’ì sei o non sei e…non t’importa
quando la fortezza e’ proprio li’
…non abbandonarsi alla sconfitta
ma…abituarsi ad esser se stessi.
